   Our Company believes in partnering with its clients. Providing direct communication with ownership and management along with understanding our client’s desires builds a foundation to meet or exceed client expectations. 

     We are dedicated to delivering our expertise and accurate on-time appraisal service to all our clients. By providing licensed and experienced appraisers we offer defendable valuations to our clients and the taxpaying citizens of their respective Counties.

      Integrity strives for excellence in every appraisal project endeavor and we are proud to say that nearly all of our clients have rewarded our efforts with subsequent projects.  

 

 

 History

 

     Integrity Appraisal Services Inc. was founded in 1991 with the notion of offering Ohio Counties a professional and honest appraisal firm that provides quality appraisal service to local county government at a competitive price.

     The Company opened for business that year in Niles, Ohio where it was contracted by Trumbull County to conduct the 1993 Reappraisal. Since the Company’s inaugural appointment in Trumbull County, we have successfully provided services to several Ohio Counties, including Adams, Allen, Ashtabula, Champaign, Clinton, Fayette, Geauga, Logan, Lorain, Mahoning, and Portage.  In March of 2013 the Company relocated its central office to Austintown, Ohio. This accommodated the dual needs of additional office space and a centralized location with well located highway access to better serve our clients.
